I confirm that I am authorized by the organization and each of the persons mentioned to provide all information and data appearing under the above-mentioned headings “Team's competencies”, “Description of the proposed solution”, and “Project management” and that these can be provided by NovaCentris to the company involved. The information provided will only be accessible to the platform manager (Novacentris), the company submitting the challenge and the organization acting as its agent. Since the confidentiality of the information cannot be guaranteed by the various parties concerned, it is recommended not to divulge any commercial secret or confidential information by submitting a proposal. I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to this clause.
